An issue has just been brought to my attention so I am not sure when it started. My order entry people will enter numerous sales orders all at once, all for different customers. When they print the pick tickets and enter the first SO number in the "Print from" field and the last SO in the "Thru" field, all the orders print on one picking ticket with the bill to and ship to from the first SO. Shouldn't each seperate SO print on it's own pick ticket? Is there a setting we are not using that will correct this?

Mike, The problem may be the RTM itself. Try renaming one of the latest T6SOC_.rtx to T6SOC_T.rtm (_=1,2,3 or 4) and running the report again.
