Title: Printing problems after update
Post by Karen Mason on 12/05/05 at 09:11:00

We have run into a printing problem since the update.  (updated on 12-03-05 with the 11/18/05 update).

SO-F, Print Invoices;  SO-C, Print Packing Slips;  SO-D Print shipping labels.  When we try to print four copies of an invoice, it actually prints a total of 16 pages to the printer.   We tried printing with a quantity of one-that works fine.  We tried printing with a quantity of 2 and five pages printed.

We rebooted the computer.  Same problem keeps occurring.

Tried another computer with same type of printer.  Same problem keeps occurring

Tired another computer with a different type of printer.  Same problem keeps occurring.

Same types of problems are happening when printing PO’s

Please let me know how to correct this problem-is there a patch or something?

When did you download the update? FWIW, see http://www.istechforum.com/cgi-bin/YaBB.pl?board=DBA_Sales;action=display;num=1133376972

I downloaded on 12/3/05.

Mike, according to the link from Dave Waldmann, this was repaired.  Can you send me the repair?

Thanks

We still have this problem after all the updates & patches.  I'd like a fix too !!

I just got the fix for that today, it is Evo only.  I have posted the patch as a separate file - classic only users don't need it.  http://www.istechsupport.com/dl/1118evopatch.zip - simply unzip to DBAMFG.
