Weare using dba 2002.4.dl
we are having a problem with the totals on the print acknowledgements SO-B always being 0.00. This is a recent problem,we have had this many years ago and I cant remember what we did to fix it. Anyone please.

Try replacing the .RTM that you are using. It sounds like a form related problem to me.

We tried numerous forms with all the same results.
funny how some sales orders work and some will not ,does not seem to follow any pattern.

If you are on standard DBA with no IS Tech updates, there was at one time a bug that the totals wouldn't print for the order that was the very last one in the file. Yet another reason to install the updates from IS Tech Support.

Yes I need to get around to joining up.

This is what We have found . When we add a note to the sales order it prints the total fine , no note and it prints zeros. Any thoughts Lynn?

Lynn ,an old question that I have asked you years ago in San Jose.Will the updates print a total weight on the packing slips. ;)

Yes, we have added that too, to the RTM formats. It is an invisible field, you need to edit the RTM to make it visible. :D

We are on the 6/20/05 ISTECH update and still experience the total of 0.00 on Acknowledgements. :(

Are you using an old RTM? Copy the latest BKSOB..RTX to RTM

6/30 ISTECH 2004.1 DBA

Installed 2004 .rtm file for Acknowledgements, but still am getting 0 totals.
