Ran our W-2's today and noticed (after they were all run of course), the state income tax did not print out. Checked the form and it shows the field as visible. I'd like to check the field name to see if it is in the W-2 form properly. Please advise. Thanks.

State isn't show here either.

Also, the W-2 includes the "flex" amount in error which was withheld pre-tax.

I had the same problem. Lynn sent me a new form and it works fine. I'm guessing she'll be letting everyone know it's available. In the mean time I'm happy to send it to anyone who asks me.

Thanks Lynn. That fixed the State Tax issue but the W-2 is still not capturing the "flex" (pre-tax) deduction. It is not subtracted from the total nor is it in the body of the W-2 (and yes, I did reference which deduction # it is). ???
