Title: Need Database name Post by Karen Mason on 01/16/06 at 07:15:55 Need the name of the file in maintain database to delete an entry from a WO in outside purchases. I think someone began a PO entry then exited out at an inappropriate time leaving a residual entry in WO. The dollars show up with no PO # and a "?" in the T field. Whenever we train new people, we always have issues in PO's with people backing out at inappropriate times. It will leave pieces of entries in either lot control or inventory, or as in the above case in wo that are very difficult to correct. It would be better not to be able to exit the program and have to create a reverse entry then to try to fix these problems. |
Title: Re: Need Database name Post by jhepola on 01/16/06 at 09:07:41 I believe you'll find the data in WOROUT. An outside process is an operation on a Routing and this table stores a PO, Vendor Code, etc... if applicable for that record. |

Title: Re: Need Database name Post by Tim Keating on 01/16/06 at 11:28:33 Material issues to Work Orders are stored in the WOMAT.bxx File. |

Title: Re: Need Database name Post by Karen Mason on 01/17/06 at 12:37:30 Thank-you, Lynn. That was the one. |
