After installing the 2006 payroll update the 941 Schedule B does not show all of the amount withheld. It only shows the first number to the right of the decimal. I am missing the second. It is calculated okay for the total but it will not meet IRS approval when I send it quarterly. Is anyone else having this problem?

Yes, and mine is also not printing any amont in the second column (days 8-14) as well.

Guess you are both doing better than I am...downloaded the update a week or so ago, just did it again today because of an error message, thought maybe there was a newer version. Yes there is a newer version, but I still get the error message.

Tried to run the same report 941 Schedule B. My error is "Graphical Report names starting with BK are reserved for DBA Classic, use forms beginning with T6...do you want to change? either way I answere yes or no, a second error message comes up no form on file. Program is calling out BKPRLG1.rtm.

The second decimal and the missing 2nd column have both been fixed. Contact Lynn for the latest version.

It appears that your menu is calling BKPRLG.RUN, it needs to be changed to T6PRLG.RUN.

I tried that already. But I'll try it again.
However: 1) the forms aren't there. 2) if the menu changed, when? 3) why doesn't it change automatically? I will need to go in and edit each user. I was running okay before the 2006 update.

Changed to T6... The 941 portion still prints to screen, but when I go to print, I get message about the form not existing T6BKPRLG1.rtm.

Karen,

You need to download the latest (full) update. T6PRLG.RUN and T6PRLG1.RTM were not included in the original 2006Payroll update.

As for the menu change, you either need to do it manually, or each time there is an update download the latest menu. If you download the latest menu it will overwrite all customizations you have done. See http://www.istechsupport.com/menu_changes.asp for more info. (I don't know that PR-L-G has been updated or not, but that's what should happen).

Actually, changing a menu item is easy - after you open TAS-G, click the "Change Prg Name" button in the upper left corner. Enter the original name and then the new name and it will do them all for you!

I installed the 1/12/06 update last night and I do not have T6PRLG1.RTM anywhere on my computer/server.
