when converting so to wo multi level with manual set qty

The system generates wo's with 0 qty's when I tell it to make 0 qty. It didnt always do this. I would like it to not generate 0 qty workorders

so I manually cancel all the 0 qty workorders more work

link printing is only about 50-50 usually when doing a batch it screws up and skips many parts

printing links for a range of workorders prints wo-K-I prints links for canceled workorders.

and if you print a range from 12345-0 to 12345-0
I get no links printed

if this could be fixed it would be a good thing.

In the case of printing range 12345-0 to 12345-0, are you putting a "0" in, or leaving it blank? I often leave the suffix empty (never tried it with a 0) and get links printed (thumbnail on traveler) all the time.

I leave it blank

these are word documents they print after the traveler

John,

As you are printing Word .DOC files, I assume you are running it out of Evo. So what is the date of your T6NZBOM.RUN file?

Yes these are word docs filename.doc

T6NZBOM.RUN is 12-5-05

did a job with 52 workorders

all of them printed

Its Still printing links for CANCLED workorders.

needs to be fixed !
