Sales deleted a sales order intentionally, but it did not completely get removed from the system. If you look at the part in inventory that was on the sales order, and click on SOs to see open sales orders, the SO is there with the number, but no customer name. It should not be showing as an open sales order for that part.

How do I remove? I assume MDB, but what file(s) do I have to edit?

BKARINVL is the SO Line item file

HI Lynn
I looked in to BKARINVL in Maintain Data Base. But I could not Find the SO number. In INVENTORY INQ still Shown my SO with no customer name. Same exactly as his Problem.

The SO Number is actually called INVNUM on the BKARINVL file. But it is the SO Number, not the Invoice number because it is not an invoice yet.
