HELP

My workorder status report settings all dissapeared and even after reseting them and saveing them with the new save settings button my report always prints blank

evo 12-1-06 just downloaded and installed yesterday

Fixed it by restoring the screen info
filling in 123 for priority was key

now why did it blank out ?

Not sure but I had somebody else report that he was getting a blank report - in his case, the Status field was "A" which is not valid. I tried and could not get an "A" to take in the Status field so I am not sure.

for me all the settings for that report were blank.

It was a bug in the program.. Mike just fixed it. It will be in this post...
