We just upgraded from Classic to EVO. Now our employees cannot clock in or out. I have tried to clock in using DC-C. Nothing happens. The only way a record is created is to escape from the input screen. Sometimes this works, sometimes it doesn't. Has anyone else had this issue? We're ready to go back to Classic, or find a new software. ???

Had some problems with EVO and access when we first changed over also. The problem with in the menus.

Try logging in as Admin and see if you can do it. If you can, It's a menu config problem. Check and make sure DCD is a level 1 and it's calling kbdcc.run.

Found out that there is a bug in system for Work Orders with a dash number greater that 33. Waiting for a patch.
