Title: Error after updating to 2/28/06 Post by dorner on 03/09/06 at 11:58:10 Installation of the 2/28/06 update seemed to work without any errors. However, when I login to Evo-Erp I get the error: "Addsum TAS Premier 7i" "List Index out of Bounds (3)" The login screen opens up and I can log in. As soon as I try any other menu item I get the same error message and Evo-Erp locks up and I have to go into task manager to shut it down. DBA Classic seems to work properly. Anyone have any ideas? Title: Re: Error after updating to 2/28/06 Post by Lynn Pantic on 03/09/06 at 13:15:53 Force the workstation setup to run again. You can do this by Start - Run - X:\DBAMFG\EVOERP.EXE X:\DBAMFG where X:\DBAMFG is whatever your path is. |
Title: Re: Error after updating to 2/28/06 Post by dorner on 03/10/06 at 08:01:58 I tried running the workstation setup again and I got 2 error messages. "The file suwin7.dcy did not copy properly. Please make sure no one is using Evo-Erp and try again." then "The file suwin6.dcy did not copy properly. Please make sure no one is using Evo-Erp and try again." I made sure no one was in and no files were open. The workstation setup completed with the 2 errors. I then started Evo again and the errors in my previous post went away. So far, so good. However, when I log in using the Admin username I see the new Query module. When I log in using my username, which has identical password security as ADMIN, I don't see the new Query module. What do I try next? Mike B |
Title: Re: Error after updating to 2/28/06 Post by timgolds on 03/10/06 at 08:48:52 Mike, The ADMIN user doesn't have a menu setup for it, it's created from scratch every time you start EVO with that user name. Users on the other hand have menus. you need to add the menu and commands to the existing user menus. Hope it helps, Tim |
Title: Re: Error after updating to 2/28/06 Post by Lynn Pantic on 03/10/06 at 18:44:07 Tim is correct. Create a new user in TAS-G copied from ADMIN to see what the settings are to add the new options to other menus. |
Title: Re: Error after updating to 2/28/06 Post by dorner on 03/14/06 at 08:28:51 That worked. Everything seems to work OK now with no issues. Thanks for the help. Mike B |
