Title: Payroll Reports Post by Beth on 03/09/06 at 15:56:22 I would like to print a report that would list all the terminated employees and a separate report that would list all the active employees. Is this possible? |
Title: Re: Payroll Reports Post by David Waldmann on 03/10/06 at 05:03:43 Most reports don't have that option. However, there are a couple other ways around it. I think that most reports have the option to print by division, so you could set up a dummy division and make all terminated employees a member of that division. Since most reports can also print by employee number range, another way (that I do it) is to re-number the terminated employees to a different range. This option also keeps all the terminated employees out of the way at the bottom of the list in PR-A. This method requires the use of Maintain Database and global field replace. |
Title: Re: Payroll Reports Post by Karen Mason on 03/10/06 at 13:29:31 I second the option of having the ability to print with only Active employees. Same problem when printing DC-F. When printing a range, terminated and active employees both print. Such a waste!!! |
