None of our RMA's close out. What is the procedure to close them out?

mine are also open since the beginning of time!

Tracey and Lenette,

If all the line items are removed from the RMA, it will prompt you to close it. That should solve your problem.

I would like not to have to go back in and delete line items because it is helpful sometimes to view what was in the RMA
