We have just switch to EVO-ERP and we cannot seem to get the email working. What is the correct address to list in the Pop3 and SMTP boxes. We have tried DNS Address. our email server address. local server addresses none of them seem to work . The mail appears to go out but quickly you get a undeliverable notice in Outlook. No error message is give Just say none of your email programs can send this message.

Also is it necessary to fill in both POP3 and SMTP address

Typical is something like mail.(your privider).com or net in both pop3 and smtp.

Look in your Outlook settings and just match those.
