We are not getting complete information on our Reorder Report. Here is one situation: PO with 2 items. Item 1 quantity on PO shows on the Reorder Report and is figured in to the quantity available, PO shows at the bottom of the list of Allocations, Info is also displayed correctly on Item Inquiry. Item 2 does not show up on the summary line of the reorder report but does show at the bottom of the list of Allocations. Item Inquiry shows the amount on PO and calculates it in the Available qty.

We have multiple items like this, seems to have just happened this week.

Any Ideas?

Tom,

When doing your reorder report, tell it to rebuild stock status. there are a bunch of posts on this issue.

It will probably fix you missing and wrong numbers. if it doesn't, run SM-J-C in report only mode and see if you have any problems between files. If you do, make sure everyone is out of the system and your data is backed up then run it again in "Real" mode.
