New EVO user. I have e-mail setup on my computer and it works great but am having a problem getting it setup on other work stations. The work stations have the files needed to store the pdf files and even has files in it. Keep getting message that states email not sent. What am I missing?

You need to do two setups on the workstation.

1st is the mail server settings under TAS-C. Make sure the SMTP server username and password are correct.

The 2nd one is under TAS-K You don't have the change anything just enter it and click save to save a template.

After that everything should work. If not, Check firewalls to make sure EVOERP.EXE can access port 25 (SMTP), that the server is correct, user name and password are correct.
