:o MY CONTROLLER JUST CORNERED ME WITH A PROBLEM WITH THE 941 ROUNDING THE CENTS COLUMN OFF. IE: INSTEAD OF XXX,XXX.77 IT GIVES XXX,XXX.70. :o THE PROBLEM BEING WITHHOLDING $ DOES NOT MATCH WITH 941 FIGURES!?!? :-/

Withholding $$ will never match 941 figures due to rounding (mainly due to Medicare + FICA amounts). The IRS understands this and allows the amounts to differ by a certain amount (I think $10.00).

And both the latest IRS form and IS Tech version of the program have a place to enter the small adjustment amount for rounding differences.
