While trying to close a work order in WO-J, the message says "This work order has open, unreceived purchase order items assigned to it."

The only PO issued against it has been received, invoiced and closed.

Can you give me a clue where to look?

Upon occassion, I have had to reopen a closed PO, then reclose it to get rid of this message.

Thanks, Karen, for the suggestion. But no luck, it still won't close, gives the same message.

I suspect I will need to do surgery on some data file using Maintain Database. But which one, and what do I look for?

What update version are you on? I thought we had improved the message so at least it tells you what PO to look at.

We are on ver 2004.1 Feb 4, 2004
