When I am in AR-T Enter Credit Card Information, why am I not able to actually enter the informaion? My options are only Help & Change Search Key.

Also, when I enter CC information in AR-A, the customer information is not included in the top section and I can't get up there to enter it. I would think this should automatically populate. Since it doesn't populate, when I am in AR-T, the credit card information is stored, but the main list shows nothing in the fields to identify there is even a record. But, when I go into the record, there is credit card information!

I have SD-Q defaults set as A to edit in Enter Customers.

What am I doing wrong?

Customers must also exist in the Contact Manager file (don't ask me why but way back when, DBA decided to store the Credit Card info in the CM file rather than the customer file).

We are working on a patch that will automatically add the record to CM if you want to enter CC info from the custoemr screen.
