A user complained to me yesterday he was copying a sales order to create a new one, and somehow it created 455 copies of the order! It looks like he went through and closed them all, but in spite of my figuring that probably a key or something got stuck on his keyboard (which he strongly insisted didn't happen), he wants to know how EvoERP could have done this. Any other suggestions? It seems to also have whacked out our open orders numbers, somehow.

So, do we need to do anything else in DBA/EvoERP to rectify this issue? What would you suggest I tell the user?

Can't help you with the why it happened, but my order entry person says you can delete the items through SO-A (actually didn't even have to close them first). Then go into SD-M (sales order defaults) and reset the number.

Thanks, Karen. The orders were actually all numbered 0 and were all closed as they were created--really weird! They're going thru and deleting them. They had already gone ahead and continued to enter sales orders after that incident, so we can't resent the numbers, we just have to account for the huge gap. Oh well.
