Since the update to 2/28, we've noticed that when using SO-T, from the line item screen we can't use the Exit SO button to exit out of the sales order. Clicking on it gets no response. My users were CTRL-ALT-DELing out if it, thinking it was hung up, but it's actually just not doing anything. I've found that if you go back to the header screen, you can use the Exit SO button to close out of the sales order, so that's what I've given them for a workaround.

Anyone else seeing this issue?

Once the sales order is closed, you have to be in the header screen to exit out of it.

Ah yes, but these are not closed! Hence the issue.....

I guess that since SO-T is "view-only" the logic is the same as if you are viewing a closed SO in SO-A. I do agree that there should be no reason why you can't exit out of the SO from the line item screen in either event.
