I am having a problem today that I haven't seen. When I go into PO-A to look at a purchase order, and click save I get a message saying that a file, ISORDECO is locked by another user. The users screen says there aren't any other users in any programs, though there are people signed on. When I say no and the program exits, it shows me still on PO-A in the users screen.
What is happening here?

Further, when I say close without saving, get back to the lookup menu, and click exit, I get a record lock message for BKAPPO. The users screen now has me in PO-A two times.

Cathy,

1) the users screen takes 15 seconds to refresh. and sometimes you need to close X the users screen then reopen it to refresh correctly.

2) the locking is a bug that was in the 2/28/06 post that has been since fixed. The new update will fix that.
