Build 2006.1 5/1/06 of EVO

All my RTMs are missing all fields that were rich text! i.e. my company name, logo, address, ....

Also have a notice on the botom of invoices and POs in rich text that doesn't print!

The box is there but nothing is in it. reentered the data in the box and saved and it disappears again!!!!!

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

Tim,

Rich Text was changed in this version of the runtime. I'm not sure what exactly was done, but I was told the old one did not really work. I suspect you need to go in and delete the old rich text boxes and add them over again. Let me know if that works.. if not I will dig into it further.

Did that didn't work!

Had to make graphic files for a temp work around.

Allen,

I would guessthe problem is in the editor as I can't see the text in the Rich text fields in the editor either.

I have tried my RTMs, and TRX with no luck. As soon as I save the RTM, all Richtext fields go blank!

Rich text still has the problem in the 5/8 build.
