This has been an ongoing problem with my installation. After installing the latest update, I ran Business Status.
An open sales order report shows that I have about $9600.00 in open orders, but after Business Status "refreshed", it showed over $72K!. The Open Orders and Booked Orders are way off as well. Sometimes after an update, our inventory value is double the actual amount. We would like to use the Business Status figures for end of month reports without having to rebuild it to get accurate numbers, and loosing our historical data.
Has anyone else observed these problems? We have the accounting turned off, and Business Status is set to refresh automatically.

Ditto! Don't use it cause it does the same thing here! Check each update until it's working correctly. until then, I use crystal reports. I have disabled the feature as every month my accountant was trying to use it and complaining.

We tried the work-around of re-initalizing it at the end of the month, and then screen capturing the data. Real PITA.
