Title: PO-C error Post by cathyh on 05/18/06 at 07:33:57 I have a PO that was received with 6 line items and then invoiced. The PO-I-E report shows the quantities for each item as received and invoiced. But the BKAPHPOL record shows 0 in each RQTY record, the correct amount in IQTY and the original ordered quantity for the line in the OO.QTY. Of course the inventory is off because the receipt quantity in the transaction record is 0. And I don' t see the PO record in the PO's or the received PO's tab for each part in IN-A. What is the best way to fix this? Any idea what happened, or were the gremlins at work that day? |
Title: Re: PO-C error Post by cathyh on 05/18/06 at 09:30:39 Actually although the transactions initially looked the same in BKAPHPOL, 5 of the six lines show up correctly everywhere. Don't know what the values in buyoff and scrapped mean, but I actually have alot of transactions with these fields populated. The only difference I could find in the part number that didn't work vs the ones that did on this PO is a zero in the BKAP.POL.PCONV field. The other parts have numbers there. What is this field? It's not on my field names list. |
Title: Re: PO-C error Post by Lynn Pantic on 05/18/06 at 16:45:55 Unit of measure conversion factor. When you multiply by 0.... |
Title: Re: PO-C error Post by cathyh on 05/19/06 at 06:55:41 After I wrote I thought about that and remembered another time when a receipt was 0 because someone had accidentally put a 0 in the conversion factor. I wish I had though of this before I fixed the INVTXN file and the BKICLOC file. I would have liked to just fix this field and see what got fixed by itself. Oh well... When I looked at the receiver for this line item (before I fixed it in maintain database) the conversion factor said 1..... |
