Our company is using DBA classic. We are using the image link to an item successfully using IE (Internet Explorer) with the images being JPG files. The problem with this is some of the file sizes are big and printing capabilities are limited. We would like to start using PDF files instead. These files are much smaller in size, you are able to zoom in and out much easier and printing is a breeze. My question is how do we get DBA to open up PDF files instead. Do you have to have Adobe Reader loaded on the server? Under NZ-L ISTECH Image Links, how do you Specify another application?

You can have your pdf open by IE, if you like.

You need to enable "display in browser" in the Adobe Reader. Its under Edit-Preferences-Internet.
