Title: FILELOC for file - BKLUGRID.C-2 Post by GasGiant on 05/23/06 at 09:57:30 I'm getting this error with several modules (such as IN-A) since upgrading. What is it and how do I get rid of it? |
Title: Re: FILELOC for file - BKLUGRID.C-2 Post by GasGiant on 05/31/06 at 03:54:16 I'm the only one who is seeing this? Must be an install problem. Throw me a clue. |
Title: Re: FILELOC for file - BKLUGRID.C-2 Post by Karen Mason on 05/31/06 at 08:29:19 We have not upgraded to the most recent, however, one of the posts suggested "updating" In-A & IN-B to T6INA.run & T6INB.run. When I did that, I got the same error as you are getting. Also, we could not do lookups. I changed the menu item back to BKINA.run & BKINB.run. |
Title: Re: FILELOC for file - BKLUGRID.C-2 Post by Dave Miller on 05/31/06 at 08:36:51 We have the most current updates and are using the T6 files with no issues. |
Title: Re: FILELOC for file - BKLUGRID.C-2 Post by jgh1204 on 06/01/06 at 12:42:46 I am getting the same error, here is the message I get in IN-B Warn Err - File:wblookup.src line 58 A record was not found in Fileloc for file bklugrid.c - 2 The(sic) must be a record for each file opened. You can add/change inventory items, but the lookups for the fields do not work, ie class. IN-B works fine in Classic, only getting the error in EVO. |
Title: Re: FILELOC for file - BKLUGRID.C-2 Post by NovaZyg on 06/02/06 at 06:40:11 I came across this yesterday with David W. You need to first look at TAS-F look and see if you have a BKLUGRID C file. If not then delete any BKLUGRID B** files by clicking on the file name in the list and when it comes back to the windows dialog press the delete button. Repeat for all bklugrid.B** files. Then Kick all users out of Evo/DBA. Next goto windows START - Run "C:\ISTS\EVOERP.EXE ?:\DBAMFG\UPDATE" this should run the update program that will build the BKLUGRID.C files. That cleared up the error for David. Also note you need to get the latest patch for drill downs at www.istechsupport.com/status.asp |
