Has anyone else experienced inconsistencies in the F/E between Sales Reports especially if you run Y/T/D. If so
have you found a solution to the problem.

If you run CS-O Y/T/D and CS-F Y/T/D you will get a different total for the Total Commission . Reason being is CS-F calculates the F/E differently than CS-O.

I have twice emailed Lynn regarding this problem but she will not acknowledge my email

Do you pay commissions after payment or shipment? If after payment, those reports won't match.

We do both. some are paid after payment and some when the order is shipped.

I am assuming from this that is we pay after payment it would take the interest rate as of the payment date not the shipping date
