I received my license update disk from DBA and installed it per their instructions.  DBA told me the license had been updated and to restart.  I did.  Nothing happened.  DBA still shows we are set to expire at the end of this month.

Has anyone else had this problem?  Since DBA sent me the disk but no longer supports Classic, how the heck do I get help from them on this?

They sould have sent you a file named START_UP.RUN that has the new renewal date.  Once that file is installed to DBAMFG your renewal date should be updated.  

If it is not, I can suggest 2 things:  Call them, or (my suggestion) call us and convert to Evo.

I wish I had converted now.  If I could get the license $$ back, I would send it to you guys instead.
