We recently had to void an invoice and when we re-printed the credit memo, the title said "Invoice". I went into test company and invoiced and voided the invoice and the credit memo said "credit memo" when I used the same RTM.
??? double ???

Our experience is that the FIRST time an invoice with a negative dollar amount is printed, it prints as a CREDIT MEMO. If one needs to reprint a credit memo, it does print as an INVOICE. It has been this way for as long as we have been using DBA and EVO - six years.

I believe this was recently fixed. I will double check with programming.
