Our current Fiscal Year End is 6/30/06.

We plan to change to a Calendar Year End effective July 1st, so our next year is only 6 months (7/1/06 thru 12/31/06).

When should I make the Year End date change in EVO? On 7/1/06 or 12/31/06?

6/30/06 is a normal year end for you and will reset the start date to 7/1/06. Nothing special to do now.

In December, follow the instructions at http://www.istechsupport.com/ts_aq8.asp to close the short year.
