Is it possible to use Crystal Reports or some other report generator to create P&L and Balance Sheets for periods earlier than the last two years as long as the transaction data has been retained?

I remember Lynn said that what you have to do is to make a play company then go to AM-A reset the Period End Close Date, then UT-K-D.

Now to recreate the Reports on Crystal or MS Access, that's another animal. A little bit complicate.

We have the SQL Queries for ms access that can be use on crystal, let me know if you want it.

yes you can.

you would have to report off the BKGLTRAN data and not the BKGLCOA data, which DBA/EVO financials report off of the Chart of Accout balances in BKGLCOA.
