Is there a report that will show me open orders for a particular day a year ago?

I am trying to compare my open orders from last year on this day to my open orders from this year on this day.

You could try Sales-SA-A Print Daily Sales/Bookings. It doesn't show you a comparison but rather you would have to print one for each time frame. Also, I think it is based on orders that are invoiced.
