I have no idea how to operate the import pricing add-on program which we recently purchased. Need to know the procedure and exactly how to format the fields for price codes and vendor pricing.

The program runs from UT-A and asks for a file.

I have not been able to find any information, is anyone currently using this program?

We also had a problem with the Import pricing program we purchased.

We never were able to get it to work because the program displayed an error message asking for a licensing file which we did not have. We were sent a couple of files but neither worked, so the program is gathering dust and we manually input everything still.

I was able to duplicate one of the errors David reported - as soon as it is fixed, I will send it to both of you.
