We are unable to print out these reports for any closed sales orders. On the 2nd screen, 2nd from bottom item there is a box next to "Include Closed SOs?" but it is blank and will not allow an entry to be entered into it. Looked but was unable to find a default turn on/off switch in SD-Q. Is there somewhere else to turn this on that we are missing?

SA reports are looking at posted invoices. The setting you are referring to is only accessible when running the SO-O-J & K versions of the report.

Ok. I just thought this might be the problem area. I am trying to print out customer sales by location for a certain customer for a past period. I've been trying different things and the problem seems to be in the location line fields. If I leave the location spots blank, I get data; but as soon as I put in a location code I get "no sales for chosen criteria". I've tried typing in locations and I've tried selecting by lookup and neither seems to work.

Do you have multiple Locations set-up and used on the SO? I do and I can report on any of them. Do you set the entire SO to a location or at each line level? We set the entire SO to the location, maybe something to look at?

We have multiple locations setup for the whole order. This has always worked for us in the past with DBA Classic. Actually it was the only place I found that we could filter sales reports by location easily in DBA. We recently updated and added EVO, now the reports here don't seem to work with the locations.

I just keeping trying different things to make this work and discovered it works in DBA with ISTS update 5/8/06 but not in EVO-Erp 2006.1 5/8/06. I haven't yet installed the 8/11/06 update, maybe its addressed there?
