I am having problems with the Custom RTM's that I can not figure out how to solve- it may be that I can't.
Every one I try is the same. When the first page is filled up, the next line prints by itself on Page 2, and then the next line on Page 3 etc. The total is on the last page.
Is this an error that I can fix by editing the form, and if it is, how? If it is a programming error, could you fix it please? These reports are pretty unusable as is, except for very short ones that only need one page.
Also, the form names T6GLN1PERC and T6GLN2PERC don't work--they are too long, and even though you pick it is says it can't find it, I think because the .RTM is truncated.

Cathy,

Send the RTM to Lynn and she will forward it to me so that I can take a look at it. You'll need to indicate which program it goes with.

All the RTM names can only be 8 characters long (i.e. XXXXXXXX.RTM) for them to work with any of the programs.

I learned that in the past the hard way, by naming a couple of my altered ones with a names that were too long. That's why I was surprised to see the ones named T6GLN1PERC.RTM and T6GLN2PERC.RTM in my list after the update. And they are the ones that pop up in the select RTM box when I run the reports and ask for percents. Of course, when I hit enter it says that the report T6GLN2PERC.R could not be found!
I changed the report names to T6GLNxPC.RTM and can pick those. But I still have the problem with one line per page after page one. I will send the RTM to Lynn.

The problem with the one line per page was a programming error and has been fixed. Contact Lynn for a patch.

Thanks for the fix- my reports are looking good again. Now if you could just get the pop up default rtm to pick t6gln2pc instead of t6gln2perc that would be great!

That was fixed as well, it sounds like you are missing the latest RUN file.

My BKGLN.RUN file is dated 2/1/06.

You should be looking at T6GLN. The latest version is dated 09/07/06.
