How can I add programs to the menu lines and have them be in sequence? Trying to add IN-L-P to a user, but can not get it to fall under IN-L. Only will add at bottom.

If you place the mouse cursor over the grey block to the left of the menu item you want to move and then click and hold, arrows will appear, then you can move the menu item up or down as desired with the mouse.

Same approach works on the main screen to rearrange the order of the groups such as Sales and Mfg.
