I'm brand new to crystal reports and linking to DB data. When I try to connect to our data I don't see the .ddf files in the active company directory. They exist in the demodata folder and I can use that data to create reports, but how do I do the same with my company data?

You need to create them UT-J. If you are connecting via ODBC, you need to run ODBCDDF.RUN at UT-A
