My PO rceiver listing in IN-A is still out of sequence even after rebuilding BKAPHPOL & BKAPHPO. I tried setting the index to 1 & 2 neither worked, page size to existing, and file format to 8x. What am I doing wrong?

yes, set the system data to NO, page size to the maximum value and the key to 0 or whichever key value you want for the file type you are rebuilding.
