Had a power outage yesterday. Any SO entered into the system after that will not print the packing list. What prints is the blank format. I've re-indexed BKARINV.B, BKARINVL.B and BKARDESC.B and still have problem. Any ideas?

Try selecting a different RTM and see what prints. Maybe your RTM got corrupted?

Root Cause: Customer on credit hold.
