I entered a new contact in CM-A and made them into a customer before I saved the contact. I then used the link button to go to the AR-A screen, and it was blank. When I went back to CM-A, it too was blank. So I exited CM-A and started over again. This time I saved the contact, exited and re-entered and THEN made them into a customer. Everything seemded to be honky-dory.

However, I now have a "Customer" in AR-A that appears to be a duplicate of the real one, but without an ID. If I try to delete it, I get a message that that customer has a pending WO and cannot be deleted. The real customer does have a WO. Is it safe to delete them in Maintain Dabase, should I wait until the WO is complete and then try again, or something else?

Delete from BKARCUST in Maintain DB
