Title: Delete Open Labor of Terminated Employees
Post by vswhipple on 10/12/06 at 08:42:54

Can anyone tell me how to delete open labor in DC-D for employees that have been terminated and their employee number deleted?

Thanks!

If by open you mean unposted, you can either do it in DC-G or WO-M.

When we run DC-D and select O for Open status, we have two transactions showing up for terminated employees.  Neither of these transactions show up in DC-G or WO-M.  I've tried un-terminating the employee in SM-G, and they still don't show up to edit.  One of the terminated employees has a 0 Employee Number and can't even be added back.  How do I get rid of those two transactions showing up when we run DC-D?

I believe the file is BKDCLAB.Bxx in maintain database.
I would be looking in that file for entries with clock in but no clock out (open).  I think you would need to either delete the entry all together, or enter a clock out to make the entry pending, then you might be able to delete it in DC-G or WO-M.
