Title: bktof.com security issue
Post by TFay on 12/06/06 at 12:19:35

My workstation forces a windows security dialog box requiring authorization to run bktof.com whenever I try to print pick lists or SO acknowlegements.  This just started recently, about the time I installed IE7.  Does anybody know what this is and how to fix it.

Uninstall it!! It has very well documented issues.

I think the problem is that you have IE7 in protected mode.

turn it off.

You can not Uninstall IE7. This version alters a lot of Windows systems. Once updated, the only way out is Nuking your OS and starting over...........

I'm running IE7 with no problems.

I did have that very same problem some time ago (couple of years?), but I don't remember how I fixed it....

Your right, I think it was IE7.  Fortunately my windows add remove programs allowed for a complete of the IE7 update and reversed my internet explorer to IE6.  That seemed to solve all of my conflicts.  Thanks
