Title: Quick Work Order Serial Number reporting Post by BBARKER on 12/20/06 at 08:07:13 We are using the Quick Work Order to satisfy our need to report production in a demand system. We would like to expand this funtionality to allow us to to use bar codes and scanners to report serial numbers. The problem we are having is that when a new serial number is entered, the system ask :This is a new serial number, do you want to add it? and follows with an area to enter notes, which the user must return through to complete the transaction. This negates any benefits gained through the use of barcodes and scanners. does anyone know if there is there a way to eliminate the Serial number validation and notes requirements?
