After being in balance for two months I found that the trial balance for my cash acct does not equal what is reported on my balance sheet for October. Through the system mgr I recalculated the cash account balances.

The trial balance for cash now equals what is reported on my balance sheet however the balance sheet itself is out of balance. It would seem that there is a record missing in the system.

Would reindexing the file help and if so what is the file name that should be reindexed.

Why always on the last day of the year?????
