Title: wo #'s AFTER ARCHIVING Post by bigjoe on 01/03/07 at 08:43:05 We do our Work Orders by department, for example Dept. 100 uses 100-001 etc. up until the day I archived work orders you simply went to enter WO and put in the 100 and it would assign the next available suffix. Since I archived if I do that it goes back and assigns 100-001 even though there is a work order that is archived with the same number. Is there anyway around this without remembering what was the last number used in each department??
