I went in to print reports and run PR-O before doing my payroll for week end 1/5/07, and in PR-O I received a message saying "There are already some records in the W-2 Payroll Data file. Are you sure you wish to overwrite them with the YTD payroll data that is currently in the Employee Master File?" What does this mean? Is this a normal message? Should I respond with YES??
Your earliest thoughts/response would be very appreciated!

It is going to overwrite your W2 info from last year, Say YES.
