We would like to be able to print the Customer Due Date on SO next to Est SHip Date. Is there anyway to do that?

You'd need to change the form (RTM) that you are using to print your Acknowlegements. Which RTM are you using?

We have a similar request, except we'd like the Due Date to appear on the SO-O-A "Print Open Sales Order" report.

SO-O-A is a hard-coded print form and would have to be changed by someone like ISTS. Pick/Packing Lists, Invoices & Acknowledgments are RTMs and can be modified by the end user. Even have data fields added (such as Customer Due Date) with Evo.
