I updated the payroll but one of the notes say's, pr-b should have 12/29/06 in the banner. Mine says 06/12/06 is that right?

Should be the 12-29 one, mine is after the update.

Dare I say "read the instructions and install the update to the right place"....

You must not have unzipped to the right folder or WinZip is not replacing existing files (if it asks, you need to say Yes)
