How do I print a balance sheet and income statement from 2003 and 2004?

The easiest way I can think of is to restore an old backupm (including system) to somewhere other than your active files and use that. You can only go 2 years back with your current data.

The update currently being tested will enable financial reporting back to 6 years past as well as non-calendar financial periods and short years (as in changing from June to January fiscal year). Be patient, I hope to have it out within a week or so...

What about more columns? I have LARGE PAPER and would love to print out all 12 months plus a total column.

It's too late for you now, but consider it for the future.

(this is not my original idea - I stole it from someone else here)

Every year after the year is completely finalized, make a copy of your company. To make it easy to find name it after the year you just finished, such as 06. That way you not only have financial statements available, but other things such as Trial Balance.
